Dandelion pouch

My last sewing project till this is a pouch for Sweet Pouch swap hosted by Alyce from blossomheartquilt. Now is time to share what I made as my partner Becky from sarcasticquilter has received it and I can't spoil anymore. So - what was it?

While ago I found this wonderful fabric with dandelions in my local fabric shop where I gave up to find something beautiful and fresh. But there it was, I got a plenty of this dark-blue fabric, I just needed to wait for a moment, when I could use it :)

Pouch for my first pouch swap I made plain rectangle, but this time I made trapeze shape with rounded corners. Inside I used one more "one of my favorite" fabrics - light with blue tiny flowers.

To add a finishing touch, I added a white tassel to zip. And filled pouch with sweets (I tried to include different sweets from my country- Latvia and some famous sweets from whole Europe as well) :)

What would be sweet pouch swap without my postcard (I am postcard addicted :) ) and something for sewing? This time - beige and white lace from the local lace fabric!
